ADOBO NI KALBO | TASTELIFE

What comes to mind when you hear the word “Adobo”? Yes indeed, it is a popular Asian Filipino cuisine, and is often considered the National Dish of the Philippines. What about the word “Kalbo”? Well of course it is the tagalog term of bald, and whenever people seeing someone who is Kalbo, some will laugh and some will make fun of it. But not on the person featuring in this vlog. He is a good cook.

In this episode of Modern Journal Trends, we would like to showcase our own version of “Adobo” but this time, we will be using an ingredient made by NutriAsia, and it is called the Datu Puti Classic Adobo Series Classic Adobo Sauce.

Instead of using Soy Sauce and Vinegar separately, this classic adobo sauce is a combination of those two important ingredients, and surprisingly it is indeed an Adobo you’ve all been wanting for.

I am so thankful to this creation of NutriAsia, it’s like hitting two birds with one stone, “pasok sa banga, ika nga, ang lasa”. Perfect for me, though it is still up to you whether you’ll be adding other ingredients and all but for me, definitely an Adobo perfectly cooked with Datu Puti Classic Sauce.

Thanks also to my guest cook vlogger ( vlogger-vloggeran), Daddy Kalbo, the one who made this perfectly perfect Adobo, (sobrang yabang ko eh, masarap namang talaga hahaha, bakit ba!)
