I’ve learned that Cebuana Lhuillier continues to support Filipinos not just through their services, but also by encouraging disaster preparedness together with the NDRRMC. It’s a great reminder that being prepared isn’t something we should only think about when an emergency happens, but it’s something that we should do before anything unexpected comes our way.
And the real plot twist? Being ready before an emergency catches you off guard. Knowing that we already have essentials like the emergency go bag and the first aid kit at home, that gives me so much peace of mind. Whether it’s a typhoon, earthquake, flood, fire, or any other unexpected situation, at least we know we’re a little more prepared.
Of course, I hope we never have to use any of these, but it’s definitely comforting to know that if the time comes, we’re ready. But more importantly and above all these, Pray. Ask God for protection and may his covering be upon us.
